AN EXAMPLE OF THE ITINERARY

DAY 1: Friday

arrival to Krakow, transfer from the airport and check-in at the hotel. Check-in from 2pm.


DAY 2: Saturday,

from 7:30 - breakfast
09:30 - meeting with a guide at hotel lobby, city sightseeing (4h walking tour)
15:00 - 18:00 - massage in spa centre (about 15-20 min. walking from the hotel)
19:30 - dinner at the restaurant with live Jewish music


DAY 3: Sunday

From 7:30 - breakfast, free time, transfer to the airport
Check-out at 12:00

The package price is for only PLN 1149 (€ 289) per person based on 2 adults.
The package price is for only PLN 859 (€ 219) per person based on 4 adults.

Important notice:
1. The program may be changed to Guests needs. It depends on arrival and departure time.
2. Hotel & Restaurant locates in Kazimierz district
3. Massages take place in the centre of the city
4. Entrance tickets in Krakow must be paid extra




TERMS & CONDITIONS:

I. THE OFFER AND BOOKING CONFIRMATION
1. The offer is valid for Fridays, Saturdays or Sundays. Minimum 2 nights must be booked.
2. VOYTAN TRAVEL takes on an obligation to organize the above agenda (to book hotel room, restaurant table, massage) once it has been accepted by the Client.
3. Client accepts the agenda by sending to Voytan Travel the signed offer via fax: +48 12 378 35 96 max. three weeks before arrival day. If Client fail to return the signed offer on time, Voytan Travel reserves the right to cancel the reservation without prior notice. 4. The agenda may be changed during being realized if the changes are agreed with the Client or independent causes: weather conditions, safety reasons, etc. All changes must be accepted by both sides: The Client and The Voytan Travel.
5. The booking is guaranteed by transferring the money straight to Voytan Travel bank account (deposit), following the point III.1 below

II. THE PRICE AND PAYMENT
1. The price for the package are charged in PLN. Prices written in other currencies are only for information. Payment by cash must be settled down on arrival day. The invoice will be given to you directly.
2. The payment by bank transfers is in PLN to the bank account: Bank name Bank Slaski; Account No: PL 15 1050 1445 1000 0090 6232 6237; IBAN: INGBPLPW
3. The cost of the bank transfer or differences between the price of package and bank exchange rate must be covered by the Client.

III. THE CANCELLATION
1. Free of charge cancellation is possible max. two weeks before arrival day. Until that term the Client is requested to make the deposit in EURO or PLN on our bank account - 40% of the total package price. The invoice will be sent to you by email or fax.
2. If the Client fails to make the prepayment of the above stated amount within the indicated time, Voytan Travel have a right to cancel the reservation without any additional notice being given to the Client.
3. If the Client cancels the reservation after the date indicated in the pt. 1, the prepayment shall not be refund.
