TEAM
We are a young team of Norwegian, Dutch, English and German speaking, open-minded people who would like to share our passion for travelling with others. And there is no better way to share that passion than presenting one's own country and its culture. We would like to invite you to embark on a journey that starts in Poland, but we hope will never end - in your hearts.

Marcin - the head. He started his adventure with the hotel business and tourism in a college of tourism in Zakopane, where he learned the organisation of tours around Europe. Additionally, he finished training courses for tour guides and management of tourist groups, gaining  excellent skills in creating and coordinating tour agendas. He also received a MA degree from  the Department of Tourism at the Katowice School of Economics. During his studies at the KSE  he worked as a receptionist in hotels in Krakow and the Channel Islands, dealing directly with Guests from all over the world. As a result, he knows how to meet the diverse expectations of tourists, in keeping with the maxim "Hospes Hospiti Sacer". He gained further experience in the organisation of conventions and business meetings for VIPs (including British Prince Edward and many prominent Polish politicians) while working for the renowned Donimirski Boutique Hotels in Krakow, in charge of marketing and promotion. His work there included organising press conferences, study & press tours and many trips around Europe.
Today Marcin "Voytan" will take the utmost care of your trip to Poland, reminding you, when you are to meet your guide at the airport and warning you against boarding a suspicious bus alone, finding miraculous ways to provide transport for an extra 100 persons, making sure you get from the airport straight to your hotel, ordering an extra stop en-route if a need arises (whether you feel like having a snack or washing your hands), and making sure that your guide's mike is working.
Certainly, the head's responsibilities are not limited to transport issues alone. Marcin will provide his customers, whether domestic or foreign, travelling for business or pleasure, with accommodation in Krakow and the Małopolska Region as well as anywhere around Poland. Years of experience in tourism allow Marcin to find the best offer for you - from long-term apartments to hotels with swimming pools, to a castle chamber with a four-poster bed! He will not only rent for you a conference room as large as the Krakow Market Square, but he will also make sure that the air conditioning is working properly.
The head has to be responsible for the customer service, therefore he will make out an invoice and make sure the Polish Post delivers it to the addressee, call the best taxi, chauffeur, guide or tour pilot, demand a museum to be open at the time when a customer wishes to visit it and assign a time for a break during sightseeing (at last!).

Marta
Marta - the neck that shakes the head. Marta is a native flamish/dutch and polish speaker and she is a tireless organiser of diverse events. She will perfectly tailor your stay to your needs, conjuring up allegedly long sold out tickets for Penderecki's performance at the Philharmonic Hall, book all boats (and the Vistula river) for you to go to Tyniec Monastery or just to have a party onboard, bring in the last group of Krakow musicians in their folk costumes to play while you enjoy your dinner, call for the Market Square carriages to take you on a ride around Krakow even when it is freezing outside (blankets provided), recommend "probably the best restaurant in the world", arrange a respite in the Wieliczka Salt Mine sanatorium, make a group of famous Krakow singers perform for you, arrange a trip to the Tatra Mountains and even catch the progeny of the famous knights to parade for you in their historical armour.

Berenika
Berenika
 - the neck that shakes the tourists' heads... a Krakovian from time immemorial, she studied at the Norwegian and German Studies faculty in Vienna and in Norway. She is a licensed Krakow tour guide, employed as a guide and interpreter in both Wieliczka and Auschwitz museums. Apart from being your guide she is also working as a teacher and interpreter of the two languages. She will force you to move around downtown Krakow, showing the greatest masterpieces, show you on a map how territorially small Krakow was in the Middle Ages, make you lick the walls in the Salt Mines, show you where Nicholas Copernicus studied at the university, point to you the where some of the Polish kings are not buried, take you to the oldest synagogue in Poland and prepare you for the solemn trip to Auschwitz.
