AN EXAMPLE OF THE ITINERARY:

DAY 1: Arrival day

DAY 2: Auschwitz

8:30 – after breakfast departure
9:45 – guided visit of Auschwitz I museum & the concentration camp
12:30 - 13:30 - lunch break [extra paid]
14:00 - visiting Auschwitz II (Birkenau)
16:45 - departure to Krakow
18:00 – finish, free time

DAY 3: Krakow – Old Town and Jewish districts sightseeing [guided tour]

10:00 - Trip starts from the hotel. Visiting Main Square, Royal Castle Wawel, St. Mary’s Church,  Collegium Maius.
13:30 - 14:00 – coffee break [extra paid]
14:00 – Walk to Kazimierz (Szeroka street, Remuh Synagogue, jewish cemetery and Nowy Square).
19:00 - dinner in a local restaurant or at the hotel

DAY 4: Wieliczka Salt Mine

9:00 - departure from Krakow
9:30 – guided visit of Salt Mine
12:00 – finish, free time

EXTRA OFFER:

• Aqua Park - 23 PLN per person (2 hours)
• Aquarium - 12 PLN per person
• Zakopane [whole day trip with a guide] - 25PLN per person + entrance tickets – ca. 20 PLN p.p.
• Warszawa [whole day trip with a guide] - 45PLN per person + entrance tickets – ca. 50 PLN p.p.

The price is based on a group of 30 people and equals:

• Accommodation at Hotel David *** in Kazimierz District (dbl rooms)
• Guides for Auschwitz, Krakow and Wieliczka
• Parking
• Breakfasts & VAT tax
• Entrance tickets to Auschwitz, Wieliczka and Krakow

The price does not include:

• lunch in Auschwitz & Krakow
• transportation to visiting places

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

I. THE OFFER AND BOOKING CONFIRMATION

1. VOYTAN TRAVEL takes on an obligation to organize the above agenda (to book hotel rooms, guides, other services according to the program) once it has been accepted by the Client.
2. Client accepts the agenda by sending to Voytan Travel the signed offer via fax: +48 12 378 35 96 max. ten weeks before arrival day [another term is a subject to discuss]. If Client fail to return the signed offer on time, Voytan Travel reserves the right to cancel the reservation without prior notice.
3. The agenda may be changed during being realized if the changes are agreed with the Client or independent causes: weather conditions, safety reasons, etc. All changes must be accepted by both sides: The Client and The Voytan Travel.
4. The booking is guaranteed by transferring the money straight to Voytan Travel bank account (deposit), following the point III.1 below

II. THE PRICE AND PAYMENT

1. The price for the package are charged in PLN when paying by cash. Prices written in other currencies are only for information. Payment by cash must be settled down on arrival day. The invoice will be given to you directly. Possibility to pay in Euro by cash must be agreed before.
2. The cost of the bank transfer or differences between the price of package and bank exchange rate must be covered by the Client.

III. THE CANCELLATION

1. Free of charge cancellation is possible max. six weeks before arrival day [Other term is a subject to discuss]. Until that term the Client is requested to make the deposit in PLN on our bank account - 40% of the total package price. The invoice will be sent to you by email or fax.
2. If the Client fails to make the prepayment of the above stated amount within the indicated time, Voytan Travel have a right to cancel the reservation without any additional notice being given to the Client.
3. If the Client cancels the reservation after the date indicated in the pt. 1, the prepayment shall not be refund.
